These Terms of Service (the "Terms") form a binding agreement between you and Baiyoke Factory Co., Ltd. ("GlideQuote", "we", "us", or "our") and govern your use of the GlideQuote app and the glidequote.com website. They also serve as the End User License Agreement (EULA) for the app. By downloading, accessing, or using GlideQuote, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use GlideQuote.

1. About these Terms
"App" means the GlideQuote application for iOS and Android. "Service" means the App together with the glidequote.com website and any related features we provide. "Content" means the documents, records, and files you create or upload using the App, including quotes, invoices, customer details, line items, logos, and signatures.
2. Eligibility and your account
- You must be at least 18 years old and able to enter into a binding contract.
- You must provide accurate account information and keep it up to date.
- You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for all activity under your account. Tell us promptly at our contact form if you suspect unauthorised use.
- GlideQuote sign-in uses email and password. You are responsible for choosing a strong password.
3. Licence to use the app
Subject to these Terms, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, non-sublicensable, revocable licence to download and use the App on devices you own or control, for your own business purposes. This licence does not transfer any ownership of the App to you.
You may not, except to the extent the law does not allow this to be restricted:
- copy, modify, or create derivative works of the App;
- reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the App, or attempt to extract its source code;
- rent, lease, lend, sell, sublicense, or otherwise commercially redistribute the App;
- remove or alter any proprietary notices; or
- use the App to build a competing product.
4. Plans, subscriptions, and billing
GlideQuote offers a Free plan and paid Pro and Max plans. The features and current prices of each plan are described on our pricing page and in the app, and may change over time.
- Free plan: permanent and free to use within its stated limits (currently 3 quotes and 3 invoices per month, with a GlideQuote watermark on PDFs).
- Paid plans: sold as auto-renewing subscriptions. Payment is charged to your Apple App Store or Google Play account at confirmation of purchase.
- Auto-renewal: your subscription renews automatically for the same period unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. You manage and cancel subscriptions in your Apple ID or Google Play account settings, not in the app.
- Refunds: purchases made through the App Store or Google Play are subject to those stores' refund policies. As the seller of record, the store handles refunds; we generally cannot issue them directly.
- Price changes: we may change plan prices. Changes apply to future billing periods and we will give notice as required by the relevant store and by law.
5. Your content and responsibilities
You retain all ownership of your Content, including the customer details you enter. You grant us a limited licence to host, store, process, and display your Content only as needed to provide the Service to you and as described in our Privacy Policy.
You are responsible for your Content and for the personal data of your customers that you enter into the App. You confirm that you have the right to provide that data and to use it for your invoicing and quoting, and that doing so does not break any law or third-party right.
6. Tax and document accuracy
GlideQuote helps you produce quotes and invoices and apply tax fields and document formats for your country. Support for tax rules is most comprehensive in our deeply-supported markets (such as the UK and Thailand) and a number of other countries; for other locations the App is set up to work via manual configuration. In all cases:
- GlideQuote is a software tool, not an accountant, tax adviser, or law firm, and it does not provide tax, accounting, or legal advice.
- You are solely responsible for the accuracy and legal compliance of the documents you create, including correct tax treatment, rates, and required wording for your jurisdiction.
- You should check figures and verify requirements with a qualified professional where you are unsure.
7. Acceptable use
You agree not to use GlideQuote to:
- break any law or regulation, or infringe anyone's rights;
- create or store fraudulent, deceptive, abusive, or otherwise objectionable content;
- upload malware or attempt to disrupt, probe, or gain unauthorised access to the Service or its infrastructure; or
- misuse the Service in any way that harms us, other users, or third parties.
We operate a zero-tolerance approach to unlawful or objectionable use and may remove content or suspend accounts that breach this section. To report misuse, email our contact form.
8. Intellectual property
The App, the website, and all related software, design, text, graphics, and the GlideQuote name and logo are owned by Baiyoke Factory Co., Ltd. or its licensors and are protected by intellectual property laws. Except for the licence in Section 3, these Terms do not grant you any rights in our intellectual property.
9. Third-party services
GlideQuote relies on third-party services, including Supabase (database, authentication, and storage), Apple, and Google. Your use of the App may be subject to those parties' terms. You agree to comply with any applicable third-party terms — for example, your mobile carrier's data plan terms — when using the App.
10. Disclaimers and warranties
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available". To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties not expressly stated here, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components.
Nothing in these Terms removes or limits any rights you have as a consumer that cannot be excluded under the law of your country of residence.
11. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, GlideQuote and Baiyoke Factory Co., Ltd. will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, revenue, data, or goodwill, arising from your use of the Service.
To the extent our liability can be limited, our total aggregate liability arising out of or relating to the Service is limited to the greater of the amount you paid us for the Service in the 12 months before the claim, or USD 50. This does not limit liability that cannot be limited by law, including for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud.
12. Suspension and termination
You may stop using GlideQuote at any time and delete your account (see our account deletion page). We may suspend or terminate your access if you materially breach these Terms or use the Service unlawfully. On termination, your licence ends; the sections that by their nature should survive (such as intellectual property, disclaimers, and limitation of liability) continue to apply.
13. Changes to the service and these Terms
We may update the Service and these Terms from time to time. When we make material changes to the Terms, we will update the "Last updated" date above and, where appropriate, notify you. Continued use of GlideQuote after a change means you accept the updated Terms.
14. Governing law and disputes
These Terms are governed by the laws of Thailand, and the courts of Thailand will have jurisdiction over any dispute, except where the mandatory consumer-protection laws of your country of residence give you additional rights or require a different forum — those rights are preserved.

16. Apple App Store — additional terms
The following terms apply when you obtain the App from the Apple App Store. If they conflict with anything else in these Terms, they prevail for the iOS version of the App.
- Acknowledgement. These Terms are between you and GlideQuote only, and not with Apple. GlideQuote, not Apple, is solely responsible for the App and its content. These Terms do not provide usage rules for the App that conflict with the Apple Media Services Terms and Conditions.
- Scope of licence. The licence granted to you for the App is a non-transferable licence to use the App on any Apple-branded products that you own or control, as permitted by the Usage Rules in the Apple Media Services Terms and Conditions, except that the App may be accessed and used by other accounts associated with you via Family Sharing or volume purchasing.
- Maintenance and support. GlideQuote is solely responsible for providing any maintenance and support for the App, as required under applicable law. Apple has no obligation to furnish any maintenance or support for the App.
- Warranty. GlideQuote is solely responsible for any product warranties, whether express or implied by law, to the extent not effectively disclaimed. If the App fails to conform to any applicable warranty, you may notify Apple, and Apple will refund the purchase price (if any) for the App to you. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Apple has no other warranty obligation whatsoever with respect to the App, and any other claims, losses, liabilities, damages, costs, or expenses attributable to any failure to conform to any warranty are GlideQuote's sole responsibility.
- Product claims. GlideQuote, not Apple, is responsible for addressing any claims by you or any third party relating to the App or your possession and/or use of the App, including product liability claims, any claim that the App fails to conform to any applicable legal or regulatory requirement, and claims arising under consumer protection, privacy, or similar legislation. These Terms do not limit GlideQuote's liability to you beyond what is permitted by applicable law.
- Intellectual property rights. In the event of any third-party claim that the App or your possession and use of the App infringes that third party's intellectual property rights, GlideQuote, not Apple, will be solely responsible for the investigation, defence, settlement, and discharge of any such claim.
- Legal compliance. You represent and warrant that (i) you are not located in a country that is subject to a U.S. Government embargo, or that has been designated by the U.S. Government as a "terrorist supporting" country; and (ii) you are not listed on any U.S. Government list of prohibited or restricted parties.
- Developer name and address. Any questions, complaints, or claims about the App should be directed to GlideQuote at the contact details in Section 15.
- Third-party terms. You must comply with applicable third-party terms of agreement when using the App.
- Third-party beneficiary. You and GlideQuote acknowledge and agree that Apple, and Apple's subsidiaries, are third-party beneficiaries of these Terms, and that, upon your acceptance of these Terms, Apple will have the right (and will be deemed to have accepted the right) to enforce these Terms against you as a third-party beneficiary.
17. Google Play — additional terms
If you obtain the App from Google Play, your use is also subject to the Google Play Terms of Service. Purchases and subscriptions made through Google Play are processed by Google and are subject to Google's billing and refund policies. Google is not a party to these Terms and is not responsible for the App.
