Is it really free?
Yes. The Free tier is permanent, not a trial. You get unlimited invoices and receipts, 3 quotes a month, your logo, VAT and bank details on every PDF, and monthly and yearly reports (with a small GlideQuote watermark). Pro removes the watermark and unlocks unlimited quotes, your stamp and signature, payment schedules, and reminders.
What countries are supported?
Tax rules are built in for our deeply-supported markets — the UK, Thailand, Australia, Ireland, New Zealand, and the USA. Beyond those, GlideQuote is set up for 59 countries with automatic currency setup across 40 currencies, and works anywhere via manual setup. More are added regularly — sign up for launch news above.
Does it handle VAT and tax correctly?
Tax handling is built in for our deeply-supported markets — the UK, Thailand, and a handful of others — covering UK VAT, EU VAT, GST, and sales tax. Thailand's 7% VAT and 3% withholding tax work out of the box. Quotes are not tax documents — invoices are — and the app marks them correctly.
Can I use my own logo and brand?
Yes — on every tier, including Free. Add your logo and set your brand colour. Pro adds your stamp and signature to every document. Free-tier PDFs carry a small GlideQuote watermark; Pro removes it.
How do customers pay?
Customers pay you directly. Invoices include the right payment details for your country — bank transfer, IBAN, sort codes, or PromptPay QR (Thailand). The money goes straight to your account, not through GlideQuote — no platform fees, no cut taken, no waiting. Card payment integration is on the roadmap.
Can I use it on my Mac?
Yes. GlideQuote runs on Mac — download it from the Mac App Store. It's the same app with the same account, so your quotes, invoices and clients are there on your Mac and your phone.
