  1. Price it on site. Open a quote, add per-m² rates, scaffold and saved items, set the materials deposit and the stages.
  2. Send the PDF from the driveway. Share by WhatsApp, email or LINE with your logo and terms; the customer gets a proper document, not a text message.
  3. Accepted → invoice, schedule attached. Convert the quote in one tap; the invoice carries the deposit and stages, with your bank details on it.
  4. Mark each stage received. Deposit, then each stage as it’s paid; the running balance is always visible.
  5. Issue the receipt. Record part-payments or the balance; a receipt PDF is one tap.

Roofers ask us

Can I take a deposit before starting?
Yes. On Pro you set a deposit on the quote; when the customer accepts, the invoice carries it as the first stage, due first. A refundable security deposit is handled separately and is never included in VAT totals.
Can I invoice a big job in stages?
Yes (Pro). Add up to five payment stages — each a percentage or a fixed amount, each with a due date — on the one invoice, and mark each stage received as it is paid. Your reminders and Home screen follow the stages, not just the final due date.
Does it handle VAT?
Yes, on every plan including Free. Switch VAT on once with your registration details and every invoice carries your VAT number, the rate and the totals. Not registered yet? Leave it off and switch it on the day you register.
Can I put photos of the job on the invoice?
Not yet. Photos on the PDF are on the roadmap; today you would send them alongside the PDF in the same WhatsApp or email.
What does it cost?
Free: unlimited invoices and receipts, 3 quotes a month, your logo, VAT and bank details on every PDF, monthly and yearly reports — with a small GlideQuote watermark. Pro: £4.17 a month billed annually (£49.99 a year) or £6.99 month to month, and the first month is free.
