iPhone and iPad today — download it on the App Store. The Android version is in testing and will appear on Google Play when it is ready. A web version is planned after launch.

About four minutes: your business name, your country (which sets your currency and tax rules) and your logo. Add the bank details you want on invoices under Settings › Business. Your first quote takes about 30 seconds after that.

No. The Free plan is permanent and needs no card. If you start the Pro trial, Apple's own payment sheet handles it — cancel before the free month ends and nothing is charged.

Yes. The app runs in English or Thai, and the language of the documents you send is a separate setting — so you can use the app in English and send invoices in Thai, or the other way round.

Your first Pro subscription starts with one month free. You choose monthly or annual, confirm on Apple's payment sheet, and everything unlocks immediately. Cancel any time during the month and you pay nothing. If you keep it, the plan you chose starts when the free month ends. Apple allows one introductory offer per Apple ID.

Thailand App Store: ฿166 a month billed annually (฿1,990 a year), or ฿299 month to month. UK App Store: £4.17 a month billed annually (£49.99 a year), or £6.99 month to month. Other countries see the price in their own currency, converted by Apple.

Subscriptions are managed by Apple: iPhone Settings › your name › Subscriptions › GlideQuote › Cancel. Pro stays active until the end of the period you have paid for, then the account returns to Free. Nothing is deleted.

They stay. Everything you created remains in the app and in your exports. Pro-only settings lock again, new PDFs carry the watermark, and the 3-quotes-a-month limit applies to new quotes.

A quote is an offer — not a tax document. An invoice is the request for payment and, if you are VAT-registered, the tax document. A receipt is proof that a payment was received. GlideQuote produces all three with the correct heading, so you never send a quote that looks like an invoice.

Yes — one tap on an accepted quote creates the invoice with the same lines. If you rarely quote, choose the invoice-first workflow in Settings and go straight to invoices. Quick Quote is there for the small jobs that need a price in 30 seconds.

With Pro. Payment schedules split a job into a deposit, milestones and a final balance, each with its own due date. Security deposits (a refundable amount you hold, for example against damage) are shown separately as a non-taxable line, and the refund gets its own receipt.

Partly, today. When you cancel an issued invoice the app tells you a credit note is needed and keeps a separate running number for them (for example CN-001). The credit-note PDF itself arrives in a coming update.

Your logo and brand colour on every plan. Pro adds your stamp and signature, document footers, and saved notes & terms templates. The document language (English or Thai) is set independently of the app language.

Tap Share on the document: it goes out as a PDF through any app on your phone — email, WhatsApp, LINE, AirDrop, print or save to files.

Choose Thailand and VAT 7% is set up for you — you switch it on once you are VAT-registered. The same applies in the UK (VAT), Australia and New Zealand (GST) and Ireland (VAT). In the USA and the rest of the EU the currency is set automatically and you enter your own rate. Anywhere else, pick your currency from 40 and enter the tax name and rate yourself. Tax appears on invoices only — quotes are not tax documents.

When you switch on VAT registration in Tax settings and enter your VAT number. Registered businesses get the heading TAX INVOICE (ใบกำกับภาษี in Thai); everyone else gets INVOICE with the same details. Calling a document a tax invoice without being registered is not compliant, so the app never does it.

Both are Pro features for Thai businesses: withholding tax 3% can be switched on per invoice with the deduction and net amount shown, and your PromptPay number puts a scannable QR on every Pro invoice paid in baht. The Buddhist calendar is a Pro option too. VAT 7% is included on every plan.

Directly to you. Invoices carry your bank name, account name and account number — plus your sort code in the UK — and in Thailand a PromptPay QR with Pro. Money goes straight to your bank account: no platform fees, nothing taken by GlideQuote. Card payments are on the roadmap.

Yes. Record each payment as it arrives; the app tracks the balance, issues a receipt for each payment, and shows what is still outstanding or overdue.

Invoice due, late payment, quote expiry, quote follow-up, job days, site visits & call-backs, a daily “today's schedule”, and security-deposit returns. Each has its own switch. Reminders are set on your phone for the next 30 days every time you open the app, and need notifications allowed for GlideQuote.

Pro can write site visits, call-backs and job days to the calendar on your phone — whichever calendar accounts your phone already has (iCloud, Google and so on). You choose which calendar.

Your documents are stored securely in the cloud, not only on the phone. Sign in on a new phone and everything is there. How data is handled is set out in the Privacy Policy.

Yes, on every plan. Reports lets you download any month or year as a CSV, or as one PDF containing every quote, invoice and payment for the period.

In the app: Settings › Account › Delete Account. Or follow the steps on the delete account page. Deletion is permanent.

A web version at app.glidequote.com is planned after launch, sharing the same account as the app.

Use the contact form or the Feedback screen inside the app. Include your business name and the document number if it is about a specific invoice.
